Return & Refund policy
If there is any issue with the product, this needs to intimated to us either by whatsapp(7904340533) or by email(email@example.com) within 24 hours of delivery date & time and within 2 days you can need to keep the return product ready post confirmation from our side. If 24 hours have gone by since your Delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or Replace. While placing the order you are accepting to these terms & Condition mention in this page.
If the customer is intimating to us after 24 hours and within 78 hours, then we will be able to accept the return, but return shipping charges should be borne by the customer(Inorder to restrict the fraud returns or used product for a day & returning or wrong usage return). Post 78 hors of delivery, we cannot able to accept any returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We Request you to pack the product well as received (with all covers and boxes), If there is any transit damages during the return order it should be borne by the customer only.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

To return your product, you should send your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We would request you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must raise a cancellation request or contact us within 12 hours. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled until unless your reason is valid.
